Officers are able to electronically record inspection results as they are undertaken in the field and generate notices to comply on the spot, over email or print and post. Officers also have the ability to issue a receipt to the premises upon ending an inspection.

PinForce City Wide runs on a Windows PC. Officers in the field will typically use a ruggedised or non-ruggedised Tablet PC or laptop to enter their inspection results and print out compliance notices using a portable printer.
